Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
CPF
Telephone
Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made by transfer/pix.
Payment for the remainder of the rental must be made at check-in.
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the Morada do Sol Suítes reservations department sends you a confirmation message.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check in
Check-in time: from 3pm
The customer is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. During the check-in process, we will send you information so you can enter the property.
If the suite is available and the client wants to be assured of the possibility of an early check-in, a change between 6am and 3pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.
Check-out
Check-out time: until 11am
If the suite is available and the client only wishes to leave between 12pm and 10pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid at the entrance.
If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a waiting period of 30 minutes, a fine of R$100 will be charged.
Cancellation and changes to the reservation
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the suite early. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Morada do Sol Suítes.
Morada do Sol Suítes has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of accommodation rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, domestic animals, failure to pay rent in full.
Morada do Sol Suítes does not assume responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from Internet or TV connections. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent as well as any item belonging to the suite. The client and all occupants of the suite must comply with the regulations and rules.
Visitors
It is prohibited for more people to visit or stay than those reserved for each suite.
Pets
Animals are prohibited in our accommodation.
